Acquire business zero cash down or no money out of pocket

Was anybody successful in acquiring a business no money down or zero cash after taking a course? Please share your story.

I think if business is good, there is no way you can acquire at zero cash. Only businesses whose asking prices is less than total net assets, may be able to be acquired at zero cash. Those business would require lots work. If it is good business the seller is going to ask quite price which would be above total net assets. Make sense? I don't know? Chip in your ideas.

The guy offers 60 days money back guarantee, but, asks to wait for 99 days to complete your first deal. You can't ask refund after 60 days , can you?

Mergers and Acquisition is a hard model, if it was easy and that simple, employees in M&A would be doing this acquisitions day and night . The guy is fishing all little fishes.

In the coaching video tutorials, the guy shows a model so interesting. Seller is asking price is less than total net asset values. If the asking price is less than total net assets, anybody can buy at zero value. That is not the case in reality with a good profit making business.
